Wooden fascia boards are the most common fascia used, as wood has been traditional used during the building process, wood was also cheaper compared with other products. However, when using timber fascia’s, they need to be primed and painted before use, to make them water-resistant, periodically re-painting will also be required.
UPVC fascia, (plastic fascia), are becoming more popular, with many assorted styles and colours available, they also do not require periodic re-painting making them almost maintenance free, we also stock cover fascia, designed to go over the existing fascia.
Soffit boards, we stock a range of hollow soffit boards with joining H trims and J end trims, available in a range of colours, vented soffits in varies sizes.
